We aim to help our clients communicate, inspire, teach and motivate using a mix of video and web based media. The company is led by the owner and founder, Roger Penfound. Roger has twenty five years' experience of working for the BBC in, both radio and TV production, followed by fourteen years as Managing Director of Performance Media Ltd. The company retains a small core of administrative staff and draws on a wide network of media professionals to provide creative and technical input.
