About the Business
I began Mark-One-Media Ltd in June 2005, having jumped at the opportunity to start my own business after 27 years in the corporate environment. At the beginning, I just hoped to keep busy. In my wildest dreams I could never have envisaged how things would develop in such a very short period of time. We've now filmed all over the world, in exotic locations like Barbados, Brazil, India and Egypt. We've also filmed in Europe and of course the length and breadth of Great Britain - equally as exotic at times!
During that time, our client list has grown considerably and we take great pride in having filmed and edited projects on behalf of a huge variety of organisations across a wide range of sectors. As for keeping busy, there's barely been time to pause for breath. However, when the chance arises, you'll still find me hacking my way round the local golf course, casting a line from a river side or walking around the beautiful English countryside.
