About the Business

Mike has produced and directed numerous films that have been broadcast and screened internationally, working with broadcasters such as ITV, Channel 4, PBS and ESPN. He has also led on the delivery of a range of consultancy projects for the likes of the UK's Department for International Development, the University of Manchester and the European Commission. Prior to establishing Riverhorse, Mike previously worked as a United Nations Spokesperson in Kosovo and for international development think tank the European Stability Initiative.

He also led on promotional work for Marketing Manchester during the 2002 Commonwealth Games and the 2003 UEFA Champions League Final. In addition to his media work, he is Director the Creative Development Project, a not-for-profit organisation designed to support creative industries in developing countries and is an Associate Fellow at the University of Manchester's Brooks World Poverty Institute.
