We have two live music events taking place in Sunderland on the 18th & 19th of March. This is just a quick fact finding mission to see if we have the budget to have them both filmed. The Friday event will involve being on site from 08:00 till 15:30 to film live performances by choirs. The aim is to produce a DVD of the event and a DVD of each individual choir performance so the costs of editing producing and distributing the DVDs needs to be included. We would also like interviews with some of the participants.

The event on the 19th will require someone on site between 10:00 and 17:00 to film music performances. This time we require each performance to be captured and it to be edited into two films. One film will be of the whole event and the second shorter film will be a five-ten minute film giving a flavour of the two days and interviews with participants. The shorter film needs to be delivered in a web-friendly format.

The final videos will need to be edited and have appropriate titles and music added. We would like two camera operators per event so that we can get a variety of shots from different angles.

The event will be in Sunderland City Centre.

I'm raising this request for someone in another council department and I will pass all of the quotes on to her when I have them in. This is really to assess whether there is enough money in the event budget to be able to afford to have it filmed.
